Meet My Gliders
I currently have six wonderful fuzz-butts that have stolen my heart. They are with me a majority of the time whether it be in my bra or tent-time in the living room. I feed the Original HPW diet along with fresh fruits and veggies or fruit and veggie relish. They love their meal-worms, yoggies, and strawberry yogurt as treats.

STERLING: Platinum male OOP 7-10-11 (From Silverbell lines), Registered in the Pet Glider Database: Sterling LSS
Sterling has never met a stranger. He is very outgoing and loves people. He's the "groomer" of my group, and is very good at keeping me looking my best :) He'll be the first one at the cage door for mealie time. His favorite hobby is gliding whether it be from the top of his cage down to his bridge, or from the tent to mommy's hand. He's so cute when I'm eating lunch he peeps out of my bra hoping I'll accidentally drop something :) MOONCHILD: Leucistic female OOP 2-13-11 Registered in the Pet Glider Database: Moonchild Moonchild is my sweet, easy going, and calm girl. She is very content just sitting on your shoulder watching the world go by around her. She loves greeting me with "chitters" in the morning, and making "pop corn" in my bra. She keeps her girlish figure by running on her Stealth wheel, which is her favorite cage accessory. Moonchild is also very smart......when they get their treasure chest of mealies, she waits in the background while Sterling does all the work in prying it open. Then she swoops down and steals his worm, LOL!!!! |
LUNA: Standard grey female OOP 10-31-10
Luna was my first sugar glider, and opened up a whole new world for me :) She doesn't have linage and will never be bred. She's my talker, always has something to say :) She loves giving "face hugs", and playing in her fisher price tree house. While she does enjoy tent time running and playing around, she will come and curl up for a short "siesta" in my shirt between bursts of energy. KISMET: Neutered Mosaic with broken stripe OOP 1-1-12 Kismet is such a cutie, I love his broken stripe :) He is the "MacGyver" of the group, and has mastered the art of taking his toys apart. I find his learning links and baby links at the bottom of the cage every morning along with whatever was hanging on them. He rolls around on the floor with his spider rings, like a cat with a ball. His favorite cage items are the smaller toys that he can rearrange. In the morning I find pom-poms, spider rings, milk rings, bottle caps, straws and bracelets scattered about. He even likes to bring some of his favorites into the sleeping pouch. He is very content in mama's bra! |
Zephyra & Galen
|
|
I am so excited to get these two. I have wanted a creamino for quite sometime now. Plus they are both Mosaics and Zephra is Pied and comes from pied lines. When they became available I just had to have them <3 . I can not wait to see what these two produce. The joeys will have a COI of .945, and kinship of 1.15. There are NO Athena lines in this pairing.
I got them as adults and am still getting to know them. So I will update their personal quirks as we go along :-P ZEPHYRA- Female Mosaic Piebald (100% Platinum Het/33% Leucistic Het) OOP 2/6/2015 Zephyra has a MAJOR sweet tooth. She does not want a mealie, or a pine nut. Give this girl a yoggie and some dried fruit and she'll be your instant BFF. GALEN-Male Creamino mosaic with a reverse stripe. OOP 4/27/2015 Galen shares Zephyras sweet tooth. He is SO gentle when he climbs onto my hand to get his treats <3 |
